PE solid wall drainage pipe, mainly used for directional drilling drainage pipe in trenchless field. The tensile strength, bending strength, toughness, rigidity and welding strength of the pipe are obviously better than other pipes. It has the characteristics of good flexibility, strong corrosion resistance, light weight, and smooth inner and outer walls of the product. The pipes are connected by hot melt welding, which has high tensile strength and strong compression resistance, and can reach 150 meters at a time.

Connection mode

PE solid wall drainage pipe is connected by hot melt butt joint, which is economical and reliable. The strength of its interface during bearing and pressure bearing is no worse than that of the pipe itself. The hot melt connection temperature is about 230 ℃. When using this method, the equipment only needs a hot-melt docking machine.
